Procurement Analyst Job Description

The role of a Procurement Analyst involves supporting the Operations Director in maintaining a global end-to-end inventory intelligence platform. This includes designing and running dynamic procurement models, turning live stakeholder data into decision-ready insights, and stewarding systems that keep the supply chain moving without interruption.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a single-source-of-truth across key supply chain nodes, reconciling variances daily. They will also proactively chase stakeholders for ETAs, logistics documentation, and exceptions, escalating delays before they block operational activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of supply chain data to inform strategic decisions
  • Identify and mitigate potential disruptions to the supply chain
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director to design and implement effective procurement strategies
