Supply Chain Management Professional

This key role within the organization is responsible for driving global order execution and supply chain reporting.

The ideal candidate will have ownership of order lifecycle management, including intake, validation, confirmation, delivery confirmation, and RMA handling.

Daily collaboration with US-based stakeholders and customers during PST hours is essential to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities
  • Order Lifecycle Processes: lead intake, validation, confirmation, delivery confirmation, and RMA handling.
  • PO Lifecycle Reporting: own publish trackers, analyze deviations between estimates vs actuals, support invoice-to-PO matching.
  • Master Data Management (MDM): resolve issues and escalate exceptions where required.
  • Rack Manufacturing and Staging Orders: coordinate with manufacturing partners.
  • Inventory Health and PO Status: prepare weekly reports on inventory health, PO status, STO (Stock Transfer Orders), and open issues.
  • Issue Resolution: drive issue resolution within defined SLOs.
  • US Counterpart Engagement: engage daily with US counterparts to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, or Order Management.
  • Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
  • Hands-on knowledge of PO management, RMA processes, and inventory tracking.
  • Strong reporting and analytics skills with Excel/Google Sheets.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to succeed. The successful candidate will be a team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across different functions and locations.
