Key Business Development Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced business development professional to drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and cultivate strong relationships in the region.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end supply chain management including market research, lead generation, sales outreach, negotiations, partner onboarding, and day-to-day account maintenance.
  • Identify growth opportunities through acquiring new partners, diversifying supply offerings, and expanding volume with current suppliers.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with transportation partners, engaging proactively to understand their needs and optimize supply opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze supply performance metrics, such as rates, coverage, and availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective representation of supply offerings on our platforms.
  • Provide actionable market insights, track industry trends, analyze competitor activities, and recommend strategic actions based on robust data and market understanding.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development/sales roles, preferably in e-commerce and online travel agencies (OTAs) supply.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to lead negotiations, drive growth, and build long-term, effective partner relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze data and extract actionable business insights.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks based on strategic importance, and adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Full professional proficiency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel for partner visits or to explore new opportunities as required.
