Remote Customer Support Role

This is a customer-facing position that requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for delivering outstanding support experiences.

Job Description
  • Provide timely and effective assistance to customers via chat, email, or phone in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns with a high level of accuracy and empathy.
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to efficiently manage tickets and deliver fast, accurate support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various communication channels.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with both Shopify and Gorgias, with a strong understanding of their features and functionalities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Empathetic and patient approach when addressing customer concerns, with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Strong team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
