**Certification Exam Proctor Role Overview**

OffSec seeks highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to oversee certification exams, ensuring the integrity of our assessment process.

This role is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working in a remote setting, interacting with students, and facilitating a seamless exam experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Exam Facilitation: Ensure a smooth start to each exam session, verifying student identities and conducting security checks as needed.
  • Logistical Support: Troubleshoot any system or connectivity issues that may arise during the exam, escalating them to support teams if necessary.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Accurately log exam events and report any suspicious activities to maintain exam integrity.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
  • English Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Education and Experience: A college-level education, preferably in IT, along with relevant experience in IT administration.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent typing skills and the ability to troubleshoot web-based tools.
  • Availability and Flexibility: A reliable internet connection (20 Mbps or higher, backup preferred) and a secure personal space; residency in Cebu.
**Work Arrangements**
