We're seeking a detail-oriented Exam Proctor to oversee certification exams for students. This role involves:

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate exam start procedures for multiple students at once.
  • Verify student identities and conduct security checks.
  • Log exam events and report suspicious activities.
  • Troubleshoot system and connectivity issues escalated by support teams.
Requirements
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • A degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in IT administration is an asset.
  • Flexibility with a high level of integrity and attention to detail is essential.

This is a full-time, remote position with flexible hours. No direct reports are required.
