Senior Growth Marketing Specialist Job Description

As a senior growth marketing specialist, you will assume full responsibility for designing and executing paid acquisition strategies across key platforms to drive high-quality leads and optimize conversions.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted campaigns that meet business objectives.

  • Develop and manage paid channels: Leverage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and LinkedIn Ads to create effective campaigns that generate qualified leads.
  • Conversion-focused campaigns: Build and manage comprehensive campaigns designed to drive conversions and demos for our sales team.
  • Ad creative & copywriting: Develop compelling ad copy and work with our design team to create visuals that resonate with our target audience.
  • Landing page optimization: Collaborate with our web and content team to ensure seamless user experience and maximize conversion rates.
  • Analytics & reporting: Track key performance indicators, measure return on investment, and provide actionable insights using tools like GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.
  • Audience targeting: Continuously test and refine targeting strategies to ensure maximum impact.
  • Experimentation: Develop and run structured experiments to test new tactics, creatives, and channels.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B performance/growth marketing roles, hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, and a proven track record of generating leads and optimizing campaigns for conversions in a B2B SaaS environment.

Additionally, strong analytical skills, experience working with performance dashboards and marketing analytics tools, and fluency in English are required.
