We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Client Services team as an Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the growth and expansion of our business into new regions.

As an Associate, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to drive success. You will also work closely with our research and survey teams to ensure that clients receive high-quality services.

Responsibilities
  • You will work with healthcare, financial services, and consulting clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
  • This is a voice-based role requiring frequent communication with clients via phone.
  • You will be responsible for selecting and sourcing experts, advisors, and consultants to deliver high-quality results.
  • You will manage entire scopes of projects from start to finish, including identifying the right expert, conducting industry research, and communicating directly with high-stakes clients.
  • You will lead the development of screening criteria and questions, as well as sourcing strategies to deliver qualified consultants, experts, and advisors based on client briefs and instructions.
  • You will interact directly with Capvision Experts and have autonomy to negotiate and settle expert consultation rates.
  • You will collaborate with Capvision Experts and clients to build trust and deliver a high-quality product by recruiting industry executives.
  • You will coordinate end-to-end management of international, cross-office projects with Key Opinion Leaders, C-level executives, and subject matter experts.
  • You will manage screening, onboarding, scheduling, and communications with experts and clients using tools such as LinkedIn, email, and phone.
Requirements
  • 0-6 months of work or internship experience in business, finance, customer success/support, recruiting, sourcing, or talent experience at a recruiting agency, in-house recruiting function, BPO, or consulting firm.
  • Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a reputable university with strong academic performance.
  • Highly motivated, eager to grow a career in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Able to work the US EST schedule.
  • Interest in consulting, professional services, sales, and/or recruiting.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Able to positively present Capvision to experts.
  • Effective time-management abilities.
