About the Role
  • Drive portfolio or project agile transformation as a lead or team member.
  • Have experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least three years in software and non-software agile teams.
  • Manage multiple agile teams in various contexts, including different team sizes, organizations, cultures, and work arrangements.
  • Guide leadership and scaled agile roles for at least three years in software or non-software development teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • Apply numerous well-documented patterns and techniques for filling intentional gaps in the agile approach.
  • Distinguish between what is agile and what is not agile.
  • Understand applicable knowledge of organization-used technologies.
  • Be familiar with user stories, ATDD, TDD, continuous integration, continuous testing, pairing, automated testing, and agile games.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Hold a college degree in IT, computer science, or computer engineering.
  • Preferred experience as a Scrum Master.
