
International Relocation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide administrative support for global mobility processes, including visa applications, travel arrangements, and employee relocations.
This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with immigration regulations and facilitating smooth transitions for employees on international assignments. You will also manage documentation and records using SharePoint, including automation of workflows to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and compliance.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and manage global employee mobility processes
- Research and stay current on visa, immigration, and relocation requirements across various jurisdictions
- Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and passport/visa processing
- Ensure timely completion of all medical, visa, and immigration documentation
- Facilitate travel insurance enrollment and assist with claims processing
- Conduct briefings and training sessions for employees and managers on mobility policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams, travel partners, and embassies to support seamless mobility operations
- Leverage AI tools to enhance mobility operations, such as automating repetitive tasks, analyzing mobility trends, and improving data-driven decision-making
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international mobility processes, immigration regulations, and relocation logistics. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in global mobility, HR operations, or a similar administrative role
- Strong proficiency in SharePoint for document management and collaboration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work with external legal counsel or immigration consultants
Preferred qualifications include experience using AI tools or automation platforms to enhance administrative efficiency.
