We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to join our organization as a QuickBooks Certified Accounting Professional. This role is responsible for managing financial data using QuickBooks software and providing training and support to staff in achieving QuickBooks certifications.

About the Position:

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to make a meaningful impact through their expertise in QuickBooks accounting and training. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with QuickBooks software in a professional setting and hold a valid QuickBooks certification.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide comprehensive training and support to staff members in achieving QuickBooks certifications.
  2. Develop high-quality training materials and resources to assist staff in mastering QuickBooks software.
  3. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance staff proficiency in QuickBooks.
  4. Assist staff in preparing for and successfully completing QuickBooks certification exams.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to financial data or software usage.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with QuickBooks software in a professional setting.
  • Valid QuickBooks certification.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience training people on QuickBooks software and helping them achieve certifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus.
