Senior Systems Architect

We seek a seasoned technologist to design and implement scalable systems infrastructure for our clients.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong analytical skills who can translate business objectives into technical requirements.

You will serve as both a strategic partner and hands-on practitioner, helping clients streamline their operations by aligning business processes with data-driven solutions.

This is a remote opportunity that requires excellent communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of technology ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals, strategies, and operational needs.
  • Translate high-level strategic objectives into technical requirements and actionable implementation plans.
Systems Design & Architecture:
  • Architect, configure, and optimize systems to align with client-specific processes.
  • Implement and manage key integrations with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, and CPQ platforms.
  • Design scalable solutions for lead lifecycle management, opportunity tracking, ABM, and customer success workflows.
Process Improvement & Documentation:
  • Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and design streamlined workflows.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, process maps, and training materials to support user adoption.
Data Strategy & Reporting:
  • Establish systems as a single source of truth for revenue data across the tech stack.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure clean data capture, proper attribution, and reliable reporting structures across systems.
Client Enablement & Support:
  • Provide training and enablement to client teams to ensure effective use and adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering guidance on system governance, best practices, and change management.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in technology infrastructure, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven hands-on experience in system configuration, optimization, and administration.
  • Familiarity with related tools and integrations such as HubSpot, Marketo, Clari, CPQ systems, and data enrichment platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/reporting tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • System certifications (Administrator, App Builder, etc.)
  • Experience working in a consulting or agency environment with multiple concurrent clients.
  • Knowledge of ABM strategy and tooling within systems.
  • Experience with technology intelligence platforms and system reporting methodologies.
