Key Account Specialist Opportunity

This is a full-time permanent, overnight, work-from-home position requiring strong communication skills and experience in telecommunications.

Responsibilities
  • Engage in inbound calls with customers who have been declined for loans, understanding their concerns and addressing objections effectively.
  • Pitch and sell products that align with the customer's financial goals and circumstances.
  • Maintain a positive approach to turn potential rejections into successful sales.
  • Provide clear financial education to customers about credit rebuilding strategies and product offerings.
  • Ensure customers understand product terms and how they can improve their credit score.
  • Offer ongoing support and follow-up to guide customers through their credit rebuilding journey.
  • Manage CRM data accurately to identify trends and refine objection-handling techniques.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize sales processes and share insights.

This role requires 3 or more years of proven sales experience, strong communication skills in English, and expertise in objection handling and negotiation.
