Experienced Technical Content Developer

Our team seeks a skilled Technical Writer to join our ranks. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining various types of documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, training materials, and user manuals. These documents must cater to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and accessibility.

Your primary tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather product and documentation requirements, taking ownership of projects from start to finish, and reviewing and editing content produced by colleagues. Your expertise in Salesforce will be crucial in designing and managing Experience Cloud Sites and maintaining a Knowledge instance, adhering to high-quality knowledge management practices.

• Create comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, instruction manuals, training materials, policies, and work instructions tailored to diverse audiences' needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product and documentation requirements for existing and new products, services, and implementations.
• Design and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud Sites using Site Builder, writing and maintaining basic HTML and CSS code to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Manage and maintain a Salesforce Knowledge instance across the organization, ensuring high service levels, quality of the knowledge base, and effective audience administration.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise language for non-technical audiences, facilitating better comprehension and usability.
• Review, proofread, and edit content produced by team members, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards before publication.

• Technical Writing Experience: Proven experience in technical writing, specifically in creating service, product, and client-facing documentation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Global Perspective: Experience working in a global or international service environment, with the ability to adapt content for diverse audiences across different cultures and regions.
• Salesforce Proficiency: Working knowledge of Salesforce, including experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and the ability to design and maintain sites using Salesforce Site Builder.
• Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into user-friendly language for non-technical audiences.
• Lifelong Learner: A commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a genuine interest in the Human Capital sector and the intersection of people, processes, and technology.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma; a degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, particularly in a service-oriented or technology-driven environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant documentation.

All remote employees are expected to be on camera for all training sessions and meetings with leaders and clients. The work schedule is 8 PM – 5 AM PHT (night shift).
