Job Title

  • Analyzing data to evaluate business impact and track usage efficiency of knowledge base content;
  • Developing and maintaining a high-quality knowledge management strategy;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to create and support new and existing products, processes, and services;
  • Establishing writing guidelines based on best practices;
  • Reviewing and implementing agent suggestions;
  • Updating knowledge base articles based on requests;
  • Acting as a subject matter expert to ensure article content accuracy;
  • Providing status updates to stakeholders;
Qualifications
