Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the QA process, strong communication skills, and experience working with development teams.

The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for creating detailed test plans and cases, reviewing system specifications, conducting manual and automated testing, and ensuring that software meets client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test complex software systems developed in agile environments
  • Help plan and design Test Strategies and QA procedures
  • Engage in robust requirements review or story refinement
  • Test planning and execution of Test Plan by coordinate with all team members to ensure completion
  • Advocate for quality practices and ensure their implementation
  • Coordinate with QA Lead to plan and execute feature-level integration testing
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Analyze, maintain, and track defects for testing
  • Validate conformance to requirements and acceptance criteria

Requirements:

  • Solid work experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role for at least 5 years
  • Strong understanding of the QA process and collaborating with Development team
  • Must have basic knowledge of Katalon Automation, AWS, and SQL
  • Experience in project management and QA methodology
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Knowledge and know-how to troubleshoot potential issues
