Programmatic Media Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Programmatic Media Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results through your expertise in programmatic media.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in technical account management or programmatic trading. You will possess deep expertise with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) and SSPs (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange). Proficiency in ad tags, pixels, tracking URLs, bid strategies, and campaign QA processes is essential. Strong troubleshooting skills across the full programmatic ecosystem are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Setup & Audience Build: Create audience segments based on client specifications, generate PMP Deal IDs automatically, curate inventory packages aligned to target segments, implement and verify ad tags, pixels, and tracking URLs across platforms, execute campaign QA checklists and secure internal sign-off, configure, test, and troubleshoot SSP integrations and inventory feeds, deploy deals into DSP seats and monitor for setup errors, troubleshoot integration issues across DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) and SSPs (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange).
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor live campaign metrics daily, produce performance reports, identify under-delivery or sub-optimal win-rates, adjust bids, caps, and inventory mix accordingly.
  • Marginal Gains Mindset: Continually hunt small performance uplifts to drive overall campaign success.
