Job Title: Plumbing Quality Control Specialist

About the Job:

In this critical role, you will serve as a technical expert in residential plumbing quality control. As part of our team, you will review diagnoses and validate scopes, ensuring that work orders meet our high standards.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for evaluating contractor reports, photos, and videos, identifying incomplete or inaccurate bids, and coordinating with contractors to resolve issues.

Requirements:

For success in this role, we are seeking a skilled plumber with 3–5+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience and Master Plumber certification or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills with the ability to assess work via photos, videos, and notes, familiarity with common residential plumbing issues, and ability to identify subpar work and guide contractors toward correct scope.
