This role is designed to support the growth of our business through relationship-first sales development and strategic partnership building.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to qualify prospects for our premium staff augmentation services. This individual will be responsible for conducting professional phone calls, educating potential clients about the benefits of our embedded partnership model, and setting high-quality discovery calls for our CEO.
- Conduct qualifying prospect conversations to assess infrastructure readiness, budget allocation, and timeline for staffing solutions.
- Educate prospects on the advantages of our staff augmentation model over traditional BPO providers, including reduced costs and improved operational efficiency.
- Address common objections related to outsourcing, quality, and communication concerns, while positioning our risk reversal offer as a competitive advantage.
The successful candidate will:
- Qualify leads using our systematic scoring framework to identify prospects suitable for 3-person minimum team commitments.
- Assess prospect infrastructure challenges and develop solutions to address these pain points.
- Coordinate high-quality discovery calls with our CEO, providing comprehensive prospect briefings and maintaining calendar accuracy.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong phone presence and ability to conduct consultative conversations.
- Proven experience in B2B lead qualification, inside sales, or customer service, preferably in the BPO/staffing industry.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM systems (Kartra experience preferred but not required).
