  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the efficient operation of the Finance Department's cash management, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions;
  • Preparation and submission of timely and accurate financial reports to both internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Qualifications:**

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and accounting operations, preferably in the real estate industry;
  • Certification as a Public Accountant (CPA).

**Desirable Skills:**

  • Familiarity with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards;
  • Knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards and Philippine Standards on Auditing;
