Role Overview

Moxie's Technical QA Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, performance, and on-brand quality of all marketing assets, automations, and AI-powered deliverables.

This high-output role involves auditing and validating hundreds of marketing tasks per day, moving rapidly between ad reviews, automation checks, SEO audits, web link testing, and AI content QA. The pace is intense, and the expectations are high.

The ideal candidate will work closely with a U.S.-based team during PH night shift hours, playing a critical role in scaling operations without compromising on quality or speed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate meta ads (Facebook/Instagram) for ad copy, images, targeting, URLs, and UTM parameters.
  • Audit GoHighLevel (GHL) automations for logic, triggers, workflows, and delivery settings for email/SMS campaigns.
  • Review Zapier workflows for field mappings, logic integrity, and end-to-end automation functionality.
  • Check Google Business Profiles for accuracy, including categories, hours, and UTM-enabled links.
  • Ensure NAP consistency, citation accuracy, and proper link placements for local SEO elements.
  • QA web assets, including booking forms, buttons, CTAs, and basic SEO metadata.
  • Review AI-generated content for clarity, grammar, tone, compliance, and brand alignment.

Process execution and improvement involve following detailed SOPs and checklists precisely, proactively suggesting improvements where needed. You'll flag and document issues using annotated screenshots and structured QA reporting.

Ideal Qualifications
  • Extreme attention to detail: You catch what others miss and think critically about root causes.
  • Fast and accurate: You move quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong written English: Clear, concise, and client-ready when necessary.
  • Prior experience in QA, project coordination, virtual assistance, or digital marketing.
  • Comfortable using tools like Asana, GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Sheets / Docs.

  • Background in marketing operations, digital QA, or SEO/GBP optimization.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs.
