Job Title: AI Data Quality Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough quality audits on annotated datasets to identify errors and trends.
  • Analyze statistical metrics such as F1 score and inter-annotator agreement to evaluate data quality.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation on quality standards, annotation guidelines, and quality control procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in data analysis and quality assurance, preferably in an AI/ML context.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with data annotation tools and methodologies.
  • Experience working with multi-modal AI/ML datasets.
  • Prior experience in agile or fast-paced tech environments.
