As a PR Account Assistant, you will play a key role in developing and implementing client communication strategies.

This dynamic role involves managing client relationships, conducting research, drafting press releases, and coordinating media outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement client communication plans to achieve marketing goals
  • Manage client relationships through responsive communication, issue resolution, and updates
  • Conduct research to support client campaigns and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Produce high-quality content, including press releases, media advisories, and other communications materials
  • Coordinate media outreach and manage media lists to maximize campaign impact
  • Monitor and track campaign results to inform future strategies
  • Support event planning and execution, ensuring seamless logistics
  • Provide administrative support to the Account Executive, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining files

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with native-level English proficiency
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
