Job Title: CSR for E-Commerce Account

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CSR for E-Commerce Account to join our team at Eastwood Job Portal.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process and maintain accurate records for customer accounts.
  • Enter, edit, record, sort, and summarize data and documents.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Senior High School graduate (not currently enrolled).
  • With or without BPO/call center experience (voice, chat, back office/non-voice accounts).
  • Previous BPO/call center experience is a plus.
  • Above average or conversant in English communication skills.
  • Possess a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with a computer.
  • Good typing skills.
  • Highly motivated and prepared to work hard.
  • Flexible and open to change/improvements.
