Video Editing Position

GrowthAssistant is a fast-paced company seeking an experienced video editor to join our creative team. This role will support one of our US-based clients, creating engaging short-form content for various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a performance-driven mindset and understand how to elevate content for ad effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit high-quality video assets across multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Create short-form content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Compile and repurpose user-generated content into engaging ad creatives
  • Implement creative direction and feedback from teammates and clients
  • Review completed work to ensure technical accuracy and brand compliance

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of paid social video editing/design experience in the DTC or e-commerce space
  • Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Suite
  • Experience creating ad creatives (static, GIFs, and video)
  • Familiarity with task management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.)
  • Excellent English communication skills with strong attention to detail
