Overview

We're looking for a full-time remote video editor to help launch and grow a new YouTube-first channel (and TikTok). What you'll do
  • Own post-production for both short-form (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels) and long-form YouTube videos
  • Work with raw footage, ambient sound, loose story arcs, and great music to create cinematic, emotionally compelling edits
  • Collaborate with our team to establish the channel's tone and style
  • Edit adventure-style footage into episodic-style content with pacing and pop
  • Stay ahead of trends in short-form content and storytelling
  • Deliver clean, consistent content that feels more like a short film than a slideshow
  • Remote work: work from anywhere
Who you are
  • You've edited for YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram Reels
  • You're confident in tools like CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci
  • You can take rough footage and a few notes… and turn it into gold
  • You're fast, consistent, and don't need handholding
  • Bonus: You have an AI-first mindset and use tools like VEO, Runway, Descript, HeyGen, etc
  • You get what today's audience wants — and know how to make content that connects
