We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Real Estate Project Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:
  • Project Development Process:
    • Assist in land acquisition and deal-making stages by preparing feasibility studies and project financial runs for evaluation of profitability and financial feasibility.
    • Coordinate with Legal department for preparation of contracts with landowners and other legal consultations.
    • Conduct initial legal and technical due diligence.
    • Gather documented learnings from participating members of the project team and update the project manual for future reference.
  • Project Conceptualization:
    • Provide inputs in project conceptualization stage by preparing project brief components with guidance from the Project Development Officer.
    • Reflect different deal structures in financial templates.
    • Prepare or update components of feasibility study with guidance (financial, marketing, operations).
  • Project Planning:
    • Attend, listen in on, and monitor Project Technical Group meetings to ensure project design intent is maintained.
    • Monitor and update project costs and revenues (components of feasibility study/project financial runs).
    • Recommend project budget.
    • Actively monitor industry trends and competitors' movements.
  • Project Implementation:
    • Coordinate with project consultants.
    • Coordinate with various business partners/units and government representatives regarding provision of required project information and securing permits and licenses.
    • Help oversee preparation of documentation of agreements.
    • Draft and proofread contracts with guidance.
    • Monitor Sales and Marketing activities.
    • Assist in monitoring progress of ongoing projects.
    • Oversee property management operations of APMC in administration or management of community affairs of projects being handled.
    • Prepare regular status reports on projects being handled.
    • Conduct additional research work as needed by project.
    • Assist in preparing implementation plans for new project concepts.
  • After-Sales Service:
    • Participate in after-sales service, turnover, and post-construction concerns of the Project Development Process.
    • Represent the team in external affairs related to the project such as community relations and government relations.
