Solutions Architect Position

This role involves collaborating with clients to translate their business requirements into practical solutions and process components. The ideal candidate will possess substantial pre-sales experience, typically 12-15 years relevant experience, and 5-7 years vertical industry experience.

The Solutions Architect will identify both functional and non-functional requirements with client personnel and executives, and lead others in the identification, justification, and design of the client's solution.

  • Translate client's business requirements to define solutions and process components.

  • Direct efforts of less experienced architects and contribute across multiple processes or tools with broad knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters Degree in Finance/CA/CFA/CPA.
  • Experience selling/pitching to senior executives.
  • Extensive pre-sales experience - 12-15 years relevant experience, 5-7 years vertical industry experience (business process experience).
  • Experience in conducting workshops.
  • Design Thinking Coach certification and experience in leading client-facing design thinking workshops.
Preferred Experience
  • Multilingual.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a passion for delivering client solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of future customer and industry trends, and be able to develop robust solutions and identify opportunities.
