As a Senior Financial Strategist at Neocareer Philippines, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our organization's financial functions. This position requires a high level of professionalism, strategic thinking, and effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Control and Compliance: Develop and manage a robust accounting control system to ensure compliance with accounting principles and government regulations. Establish and continuously improve accounting policies and procedures to enhance workflow and ensure adherence to company rules and regulations.
  • Financial Planning and Reporting: Oversee the planning, organizing, and directing of all aspects of the accounting department, including budget preparation and financial forecasts. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Tax Management and Reporting: Handle all tax-related matters, including tax declarations, filings, and issue resolutions. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and manage tax-related issues efficiently.
  • Financial Management: Oversee cash management functions, ensuring liquidity and financial stability through effective management. Collaborate closely with the Head Quarter to align financial strategies and objectives.

The estimated salary for this position is PHP 120,000 - 180,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
