About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for converting business requirements into development requirements, organizing test confirmation and user training, creating high-level process definition documents, analyzing and planning business and operational demand, facilitating and negotiating process review discussions with key stakeholders, defining and optimizing demand management processes and priority criteria, working closely with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to conduct Business Requirements reviews, and ensuring that solutions meet the needs of all stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  1. Requirements Elicitation: Undertake the needs and problems of business departments and convert business requirements into development requirements.
  2. Test Confirmation and User Training: Responsible for organizing the test confirmation and user training of business departments users.
  3. Process Definition: Create high level process definition documents and related artifacts as output of a Business Requirements Review.
  4. Demand Management: Analyze, plan, and manage business and/or operational demand from different functions.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate and negotiate process review discussions with key stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is solution-minded, has ability to define key goals and "future" status, determine success factors, and understand the constraints, challenges and risks of each need. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent oral and written communications skills in English, and relevant experience/exposure and/or training in Project Management, ITIL or other frameworks.
