Portfolio Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to support a residential or commercial property portfolio. We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to assist in day-to-day operations.
- Support the Property Manager in scheduling, task tracking, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Review and manage tenant records, lease documentation, and maintenance requests.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with lease agreements, company policies, and local regulations.
- Maintain organized records, deadlines, and property-related documentation.
- Communicate with tenants and vendors to resolve inquiries and support operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in property management, real estate, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently, follow through on tasks, and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with property management systems or CRMs is a plus.
We are looking for a team player who can effectively collaborate with our staff to ensure seamless operation of our property portfolio. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
