We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Gratitude Philippines.
About the RoleAs a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or in-person
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A competitive salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per annum
- A dynamic and supportive work environment
