Customer Service Ambassador

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Global Integrated Contact Facilities. As a representative of our company, you will be the face of our customer service department, providing exceptional support to clients over the phone, via email, and online chat.
Your primary responsibility will be to resolve client inquiries promptly and effectively, building sustainable relationships and engaging customers through your excellent communication skills. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of services provided to each customer through back-office support functions.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner.

About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, via email, and online chat.
- Resolve client inquiries promptly and effectively, building sustainable relationships and engaging customers.
- Ensure the accuracy of services provided to each customer through back-office support functions.
- Work effectively in a team environment, communicating complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures that improve customer satisfaction and experience.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BPO setting.
- Sales and/or retail experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able and willing to work onsite on the graveyard shift in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
