About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Ad Operations Specialist to manage paid search and social media campaigns, analyze performance data, and optimize digital strategies.
- Plan, implement, and optimize paid search, programmatic, display, and social campaigns.
- Conduct performance analysis and generate actionable recommendations.
- Manage PPC campaigns (conceptualization, management, optimization, reporting).
- Provide insights on landing page effectiveness and campaign improvements.
- Develop strategies for paid social campaigns across platforms.
- Utilize analytics tools for campaign tracking, reporting, and presentations.
- Collaborate across teams to align campaign strategies and ensure client goals are met.
- Stay updated on search and social media trends, integrating best practices.
- Apply knowledge of digital marketing channels, A/B testing, and full-funnel strategy.
- 2+ years of experience in paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads or similar platforms).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and advertising trends.
- Proficient with Google Suite tools (especially Google Sheets).
- Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Organized and adept at using digital collaboration tools (Google Drive, Asana).
- Team player with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
