Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the operational efficiency of mall facilities to provide essential utilities. Responsibilities include planning and implementing maintenance, repairs, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop strategic proposals for innovations and compliance with new standards to enhance engineering processes.
  • Performance Planning: Collaborate with Resident Engineers on performance planning initiatives.
  • Mall Maintenance: Ensure necessary manpower and contractors are allocated for maintenance activities and conduct regular inspections of tenants' areas.
Mall Facilities Management
  • Plan, manage, and implement operations, repairs, and maintenance of mall MEPFS equipment and projects.
  • Prioritize timely completion of CMMS PM, Repair, and CAPEX work orders.
  • Pollution Control Officer: Act as the Pollution Control Officer of the Mall.
Tenant Relations
  • Participate in on-site inspections of ongoing construction and renovation (MEPFS only).
  • Conduct tenant safety audits and collaborate on egress processes related to MEPFS systems.
Safety and Security
  • Report safety and security findings or deficiencies affecting electromechanical equipment and recommend resolutions.
  • Ensure MEPFS system compliance with established safety and security standards.
People Management
  • Recruit, manage, and support team members through compensation, hiring, performance management, and employee motivation strategies.
