Job Title: Proctor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Proctor to oversee students during certification exams. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a college-level education in IT and experience in IT administration. Strong typing skills and the ability to troubleshoot web-based tools are also essential for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate exam start procedures for students, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Verify student identities and conduct security checks to maintain exam integrity.
  • Log exam events and report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.
  • Handle system and connectivity issues escalated to support teams.
Requirements
  • A reliable internet connection (20 Mbps or higher) is required for this role.
  • A secure personal space is necessary for conducting exams.
