Graphic Design Position

We are seeking an experienced Middleweight Graphic Designer to join our creative teams.

The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for performance-driven ad creative, particularly within Meta Ads, and a passion for combining visual impact with commercial results.

You will work closely with our Art Director, internal design and strategy teams, and directly with clients to create high-converting paid social assets and support broader brand and marketing initiatives.

This is an opportunity to craft standout creative that doesn't just look good — it performs.

Responsibilities:
  • Design high-performing ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs.
  • Apply performance data to continuously improve your creative output.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing.
  • Support internal brand development through presentations, pitch decks, and reports.
  • Maintain and evolve the agency's visual identity in line with strategic goals.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can confidently present ideas and interpret briefs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished work.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
