Job Title: Senior Visual Communications Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Graphic Designer Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating visually appealing designs for various digital and print media, including web pages, brochures, logos, advertisements, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Creation: Develop high-quality designs for clients across various industries and formats.
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create engaging visuals.
  • Visual Optimization: Select fonts, colors, and layouts that enhance visual appeal and readability.
  • Client Collaboration & Revision: Collaborate closely with clients to meet design specifications and incorporate feedback.
  • Quality Assurance: Proofread and review final designs to ensure accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
Required Skills:
  • Expertise in graphic design, branding, and visual communications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
