About the Role

This entry-level position is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in creative strategy and design. As a junior designer, you will work closely with our team to develop engaging video formats for clients across various devices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and creative strategy, with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in media and advertising. Proficiency in Adobe software, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, is essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing campaign responses based on client KPIs
  • Providing excellent consultative sales skills and working closely with clients and agencies
  • Developing strategic contributions to improve business partnerships and maximize revenue potential

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Graphic Design / Digital Media / Creative Strategy etc
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience at a Digital or Creative role
  • A consultative approach with a flair for designing creative solutions for briefs
  • Sales pedigree, preferably creative/media selling in a mobile environment (video and display)
  • Excellent organisational, time management and project management skills
