Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of creative design projects. The successful candidate will be working closely with the creative design team and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.

Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise between stakeholders, design teams, and external agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide transparency across teams by offering insights into project progress and workflow coordination.
  • Ensure that all content is complete and in-scope before turning over design projects to the design team or external agencies.
  • Negotiate agreements and handle contracts with external suppliers to maximize profit.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics through monthly reports, lead retrospectives, reviews, or other critical team meetings.
  • Independently perform preliminary screening of creative design requests based on structural analysis tasks, experience with integrating design standards and approaches, passion for team management and efficiency.
  • Assign roles and tasks to team members based on pre-set guidelines, matching them to their individual strengths, abilities, and workload.
  • IDentify and remove workflow bottlenecks and barriers, support in setting up local engagement activities.
  • Evaluate compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
  • Candidate must hold a bachelor's degree.
  • Proven work experience as an Account/Project Manager or relevant role effectively coordinating and managing projects; design skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with design processes, methodologies, and tools, advanced command of Excel, can efficiently create and manipulate spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and automate tasks using formulas and macros.
  • Works with an entrepreneurial mindset, highly disciplined problem solver who can work with limited supervision, calm under pressure, understand creative workflow, and is an excellent negotiator.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
