Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across various digital and print media, including web pages, brochures, logos, advertisements, and marketing materials.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design Creation: Develop high-quality graphics that align with brand identity and client specifications, focusing on visual appeal and readability.
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create designs by hand or using digital tools.
  • Visual Optimization: Select appropriate fonts, colors, and layouts to enhance the overall aesthetic of your designs.
  • Client Collaboration & Revision: Work closely with clients to develop draft designs and revise based on feedback, ensuring timely delivery of final designs.
  • Quality Assurance: Proofread and review final designs to guarantee accuracy and alignment with client specifications.
Skill Requirements
  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Proficient in using Adobe products, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent photo editing skills and attention to detail.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and strong creativity.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines, managing multiple design projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.

Requirements
  • Main Device: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent processor, 8 GB or higher RAM, and minimum of 112 GB storage.
  • Backup Device: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent processor, minimum 4 GB RAM, and minimum of 112 GB storage.
