Jewelry Production Leadership

We are seeking an exceptional Jewelry Production Manager to oversee the entire manufacturing process of fine and fashion jewelry.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in jewelry making, vendor coordination, materials sourcing, and production workflow management. We require someone with experience in jewelry manufacturing and a proven track record in jewelry production.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of daily production operations, ensuring quality control and timely order fulfillment.
  • Production schedule management, workload allocation, and progress tracking across internal teams and external manufacturers.
  • Collaboration with designers, CAD teams, bench jewelers, casters, and stone setters to bring designs to life.
  • Maintenance of relationships with material suppliers and subcontractors (casting, polishing, plating, etc.).
  • Detailed production documentation including BOMs (Bill of Materials), cost sheets, and timelines.
  • Implementation and enforcement of quality control standards across all stages of production.
  • Inventory forecasting and procurement of necessary materials (metals, stones, findings) on time.
  • Troubleshooting of production issues, minimization of delays, and optimization of efficiency and cost.
  • Collaboration with sales, merchandising, and logistics teams to align production with customer demand and seasonal launches.
  • Maintenance of compliance with ethical and sustainability standards in materials and labor, where applicable.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in jewelry production or manufacturing management.
  • Strong knowledge of jewelry materials, processes (casting, stone setting, polishing), and supply chain.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM and jewelry design software.
  • Vendor and supplier management experience.
  • Attention to detail and passion for craftsmanship and quality.
  • Experience communicating with the factory.
  • Understanding how to read a CAD.
  • Knowledge in Diamonds.
