We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team at PARK SECURE MANAGEMENT CORP. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial accuracy and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Checking and encoding of casual sales from all sites
  • Verifying deposits against actual and bank records
  • Encoding monthly billing for parkers
  • Filling documents for monthly parkers, ATP, and billing
  • Preparing check collections and PDCs for deposit
  • Following up on collection through email and phone calls
  • Maintaining parking manual tickets
  • Performing SAWT and Sales Relief tasks on a monthly basis
  • Preparing lessee information sheets for new clients and terminations (semi-annual)
  • Requesting monthly supplies
  • Updating books of accounts for cash disbursement and receipts
  • Filling documents for rentals, agencies, and other relevant matters

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as an Accounting Assistant, you should have:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in accounting software and systems
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
