Architectural Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a talented Architectural Technician to join our small, design-driven architecture studio.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce accurate and detailed construction documentation using Revit.
- Work with supplied Revit templates and follow established documentation styles.
- Interpret mark-ups, redlines, and verbal directions effectively.
- Communicate and collaborate with a small team in a remote environment.
- Manage your own time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Proven proficiency in Revit, with fast and accurate drafting/documentation skills.
- Solid experience in preparing construction documentation across multiple drawing types and scales.
- Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and documentation formats.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to drafting.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to contribute ideas.
This role is expected to align with standard business hours for collaboration, but as a contractor, you'll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
This position requires skilled professionals who are proficient in Revit, familiar with Australian construction standards and documentation formats.
