Job Opportunity

We seek a Senior FullStack Engineer to play a pivotal role in our company's engineering team.

As a senior team member, you will be accountable for crafting innovative features that positively impact our customers' lives daily.

You will work closely with designers, product managers, and UX specialists to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will also be responsible for writing automated tests for your production code, developing and maintaining key components of web applications, conducting testing and code reviews for both yourself and your colleagues, and mentoring junior engineers within your squad.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead your team to develop critical features for our customers using primarily Ruby technology.
  • Collaborate with our global team to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Write automated tests for your production codes.
  • Develop and maintain key components of web applications.
  • Conduct testing and code reviews for both yourself and your colleagues.
  • Mentor junior engineers within your squad.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in software development, focusing on server-side and RESTful API development and integration.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Ruby, Python, or TypeScript.
  • Proven experience implementing, maintaining, and deploying full-stack web technologies.
  • Strong understanding of best practice software engineering processes, testing, and Agile methodology.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
