Project Development Manager Role

The Project Development Manager is accountable for overseeing the profitability of projects and managing the entire project development process. This includes feasibility studies, project design and planning, project launch and implementation, turnover to clients, and setting up property management operations.

As a champion of project success, you will lead and collaborate with partners from Design & Construction, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Permits & Property Management to ensure timely accomplishment of milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Inception - Gather essential data for competitor and market analysis; Analyze competitor and market data and recommend a project concept and pricing.
  • Project Planning - Develop ideas for project conceptualization such as product mix and sizes; Assist the Permits Group in case of issues related to permits and licenses; Conduct financial analysis and create a special template if needed; Initiate project launching and uploading.
  • Project Implementation - Monitor project budget; Oversee Sales and Marketing activities; Ensure timely construction progress; Handle sales-related inquiries to guarantee a smooth booking process; Analyze and suggest strategies to move project inventory; Inventory Management; End-to-end Real Estate Cycle.
  • Project Turnover - Monitor turnover and acceptance rates of units to clients; Ensure units are turned over on time and in acceptable condition.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing Management, Economics, Civil Engineering, or related fields, preferably with an MBA.
  • Demonstrates strong and decisive leadership skills.
  • Must be highly entrepreneurial, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Must be highly analytical, strategic, organized, results-driven, resourceful, and innovative.
  • Must be both task-oriented and relations-oriented.
  • With experience supervising staff.
  • With 5-8 years of experience in the real estate industry.
  • With experience in conceptualizing projects for development, conducting feasibility studies and market research, and designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area as required.
