To succeed in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Mathematics, Statistics, or any related discipline.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Mid-to advanced Excel proficiency preferred.

Desired qualifications include knowledge in compensation, experience as a student leader, passionate, patient, and a quick learner, excellent communication skills, self-starter, project management experience, critical thinker, willing to work on night shift from 12mn to 9am MNL, Tuesday to Saturday, and willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas).
