About the Role

This Software Engineering Lead position requires proven experience in leading software development projects, with a strong background in Typescript and React. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software projects, while ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, aligning with company objectives and client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines, utilizing project management tools like Linear.
  • Implement and maintain high-quality codebases using Typescript and React, adhering to best practices in software development.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and best practices in software development, enhancing our capabilities.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or similar role in software development projects.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in using project management tools like Linear.
  • Proficiency in Typescript and React, with a solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach to software development.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project objectives.
