Job Overview

The Software Testing Lead will be responsible for setting up and managing testing processes, including automation and SDLC tools such as Karate, HP ALM, and JIRA. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Agile and DevOps methodologies, as well as performance and security testing.

Responsibilities
  • Lead testing efforts and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Develop and maintain testing processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Design and execute test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in software testing
  • Familiarity with testing automation and SDLC tools
  • Experience working with Agile and DevOps methodologies
  • Proven expertise in performance and security testing
  • Prior experience in branch teller system testing is preferred but not required
