About the Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and creative Packaging Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong collaboration abilities, and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating functional, brand-aligned, and visually appealing packaging solutions that meet deadlines and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and refine packaging assets, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Creative Asset Development: Prepare print-ready artwork in accordance with established brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  2. Design Adaptation: Adapt existing packaging designs to suit various formats, sizes, and product lines.
  3. Packaging Assets Development: Support the development and refinement of packaging assets to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with Product Development and Compliance teams to create new and updated packaging that aligns with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in packaging design (1-2 years) with Adobe Illustrator proficiency required.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
